STATELINE, Nev. – Nate Jackson, previous cast member of “Wild ‘N Out”, host of the Netflix special, “Nate Jackson: Super Funny”, and founder of Super Funny Comedy Club in Tacoma, Washington, is returning to Lake Tahoe on Friday, August 28, bringing his famous crowd work, hilarious jokes and high energy.
“Tahoe is lit. It’s a party. We’re having fun,” Jackson told the Tribune. “Whether it’s a vacation or a night out.”
Having first dived into comedy in college while attending Eastern Washington University, Jackson recalled being dared to do a set on stage.
“It was an all-student lineup,” said Jackson. “Everyone was just taking a chance at doing stand-up. It was everybody’s first time, and it was packed.”
It’s safe to say that Jackson found his calling and is now among the fastest-rising digital and touring stand-up comedians, with over 4.5 million followers across social media and 700 million views globally.
Jackson highlights his love for Lake Tahoe and its food, having eaten at Wolf by Vanderpump during his previous visit. He also found himself in awe after his first view of the “Jewel of the Sierra”.
“I walked over there and I thought [the lake] was an ocean,” Jackson joked. “It was one of those places where you’re like ‘I get it, I see why people live here. This is dope.'”
Having already sold out his last show in Tahoe on March 8, 2025, tickets to his performance on Friday at Harrah’s are sure to be in high demand.
