STATELINE, Nev. – At approximately 5:10 p.m. Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District crews were dispatched to a fully involved structure fire on Panorama Drive in Stateline.

Firefighters quickly went to work and, with the assistance of our local partners, were able to knock down the fire and prevent further spread.

“We are grateful for the support and quick response from our partner agencies: South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue, East Fork Fire Protection District, Lake Valley Fire Protection District and CAL FIRE,” a Tahoe Douglas Fire press release stated.

There was one reported injury, and the individual was transported to the hospital for further medical care.

Crews remained on scene to complete overhaul and ensure the fire was fully extinguished.

“Thank you to our local partners for working alongside our crews, and to the community for giving firefighters room to work,” the release stated.
