This application is submitted by Lake Tahoe Partners, LLC. The subject property is located at 0 State Route 28, 5 State Route 28, 0 Wassou Road, 101 Lake View Avenue, and 47 Reservoir Road (APN’s: 123-071-04; 123-054-01; 123-052-02; 123-052-04; 123-053-06; 123-053-02; 123-053-04; 123-052-03; 123-071-37) and the parcel sizes are 0.644 ac; 0.996 ac; 0.28 ac; 3.23 ac; 1.24 ac; 1.42 ac; 0.184 ac; 0.28 ac; and 2.49 ac.
The proposal is being reviewed under Development Code Article 804, Variances, and Article 806, Vacations and Abandonments of Easements or Streets and is situated within Commission District 1.
