STATELINE, Nev. – A Douglas County School Board Trustee accused of embezzlement was given a conference date during her appearance in Tahoe Township Justice Court on Tuesday, September 15.

Erinn Miller, accused by two parents of embezzling $125,000, appeared before Judge Richard Glasson without representation. After reviewing her information, the judge told Miller she would be assigned a public defender. She’ll reappear on October 6 at 1 p.m. for a Mandatory Status Conference.

Miller asked that her ankle monitor be removed in the meantime but the court said she needed to submit a request in writing before it would be considered.
