SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — The South Tahoe Association of Realtors and Young Professionals Network organized and delivered over 200 wrapped gifts to the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Lake Tahoe on Friday, Dec. 18.

This is the association’s 3rd annual Wish Tree event for BGCLT.

The 200 gifts will be given to children of low-income and essential workers and will help over 100 kids.

Association President Rhonda Keen, President Elect Kili Ongoy, Director Jessica Crase and former VP Sharon Keerigan helped deliver the gifts for children ages 5 to 18 and grades K-12, whose families have been financially impacted due to COVID-19.

“It is such an incredible feeling to participate and help bring a smile to the kids’ faces this holiday,“ Crase said. ”So many have fallen on hard times and our association is so proud of the Tahoe Community for getting involved. There’s nothing that we want more than for these kids to enjoy their holiday and focus on something positive this year.”

Each year, the event has increased with more involvement from realtors and also the community.
