One of the 15 people arrested in a Sept. 11, 2025, criminal sweep faces up to five years in prison after admitting he sold LSD at Stateline on April 24, 2025.

Robert Donald Brown, 30, agreed to a deal where he would plead guilty to supplying a controlled substance in exchange for a suspended 19-60-month sentence.

Brown was released on his own recognizance pending his Oct. 26 sentencing. He’d just been granted probation on charges in El Dorado County. He was ordered not to have contact with another of the arrestees, Amber Walker, who is also facing similar charges.

• A Californian faces up to nine years in prison after he admitted to low level possession of cocaine, Ecstasy and ketamine.

Bo Andrew Perkins, 28, also admitted to failure to appear in Tahoe Township Justice Court.

Perkins had the drugs on March 28, 2025, according to court documents. He’s scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 5. Judge Tom Gregory determined the $5,000 bail was appropriate.
